The mining sector plays a vital role in the Zambian economy. The biggest mining companies in Zambia include; Kansanshi, First Quantum, Chambeshi, Mopani, Konkola Copper Mines, Lumwana, and several more.
Lamasat are the key suppliers for a wide range of products to these and other mining companies, with HDPE Pipes as the most requested item. Several kilometers of pipes are supplied every month to be used for the movement of water and slurry in the mining industry sector.
